A Fundraiser by the Daughters of Penelope, in collaboration with Ensoleillée and Supers Recycleurs

Benefitting the Cedars Sarcoma Research and Care Fund

May 31 and June 1, 2025

In memory of Guillaume

Guillaume Sauvé was diagnosed with Alveolar Soft Part Sarcoma (ASPS) in mid-2023 and was told he would be dead in 60 days if he did nothing. Though no one has ever survived stage 4 ASPS, and the cancer had spread to four different parts of his body, Guillaume refused to give up. He received treatment every three weeks and did his best to live life to the fullest. Not only did he marry the love of his life, but he shared the ups and downs of his condition via his YouTube channel, in the hopes of inspiring others.

In early April, he made the courageous decision to end treatments and embrace whatever time remained on his own terms. He traveled to Nicaragua to reunite with his beloved wife, determined to spend his final days by her side.

On May 9, 2025 he lost his battle. He left this world with a smile on his face, as shared by his wife, Denzel.

His strength, his love, and his quiet bravery will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace.
