The Cedars walk for ovarian cancer was an annual fundraiser that our mother was very passionate about and of course participated in with all her feistiness. It also sparked her competitive spirit of wanting to be the biggest fundraiser, as she focused on helping others avoid this terrible disease. Her former oncologist is leading ovarian cancer research in Montreal and the team at  the MUHC / Cedars Sinai took excellent care of our mom throughout her battle and especially in her final days.
